Payment Details
If purchasing outside of the UK, VAT may not apply and you'll notice the prices in the summary panel change.
At month 12 we'll email with instructions on how to switch over to our £33pm plan for year two onwards.
Payment will be deducted from your account automatically and you'll be emailed a receipt from us and from Stripe.com. Your payments will show up as paying 2nd Floor Designs Ltd. which is our overarching limited company.
Non-GBP prices are estimates, you will always be processed in GBP and currency exchange rates will vary at point of payment if you're outside of The United Kingdom.
Refund Policy for this package
We will refund your payment in full if you change your mind within 14 days of signing up. Although, if we have begun working on your brand or website, at this point no refund will be granted.
