- Prices and cart total are inclusive of VAT.
- Payment will be deducted from your account automatically and you'll be emailed a receipt from us and from Stripe.com. Your payments will show up as paying 2nd Floor Designs Ltd. which is our overarching limited company.
Refund Policy for this programme
- We will refund your payment in full if you change your mind before our first session on 9th October 2023 so long as we have had no input on your website or business to this point. However, if you have been in contact with us and we have assisted you within this time we will deem this as having started the programme with us, at which point no refund will be granted.
